Do you only host websites you built?

No. We host WordPress websites we built and websites built by others. We review your site before quoting to make sure it is in good shape, or we tell you what needs to be addressed before moving it over.

What happens if my site goes down?

We monitor all hosted sites around the clock. If your site goes down, our monitoring system alerts us immediately and we investigate. For most issues you will never know it happened because we catch and resolve them before anyone notices. For larger outages we contact you directly with a status update and resolution timeline.

How are backups handled?

Backups run automatically every day and are stored off-server, separate from your hosting environment. A server-level problem does not take out your backups at the same time. Depending on your plan we retain 7 to 30 days of backups. Restoring from a backup is something we handle. You don’t need to do anything.

Is email hosting included?

Email hosting is handled separately. Most clients use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for business email, which we can help set up and configure with your domain. Running email on the same server as your website creates unnecessary risk for both services and is not something we recommend.

Can I keep my existing domain name?

Yes. Your domain stays wherever it is registered, whether that is GoDaddy, Namecheap, or anywhere else. We update the DNS settings to point your domain to our servers. You do not have to transfer your domain to us and you keep full ownership of it.
